If you can get 2 wood sticks or even pipe about 14 inches each and tie it together at one end with an unbreakable cord about 4-5 inches apart, you got yourself a nice Okinawan 'chaku.

Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
