two days off - back at it today with two sessions down the gym.
Morning - trainer - skip then shadow box for 4X2 minute rounds each - 5 rounds on the pads - 1 4 minute round on speed ball with elbows right up - floor to ceiling - sit up circuit - stretch
Evening - some boxing class at the local gym - all to music (it was alright) 45 minutes - stretch etc.
