I agree Santa Cruz deserves a rematch but money wise he won't. Casamayor is only looking for big money fights.

Casamayor/ Diaz is for the Ring championship which is the only credible championship. Diaz may have got the fight because he is with GBP & probably because it was good money but he still has to win the fight the championship won't just be handed to him.

Yes Casa-Santa Cruz is not a big money fight plus GBP don't want to see another defeat of Casa...

Is a Champion vs. No. 3 considered as a Ring Championship fight? I think it's not...

I don't think Casa-Juan Diaz has more money than Casa-Campbell... Remember Casa and Juan are both with GBP and it's easy to keep the purses low in this scenario... GBP monopolizing boxing...

Casamayor wouldn't have taken the fight if it wasn't worthwhile. At this stage of his career he's after the biggest purses

Anyway I still believed Casa-Campbell is the bigger fight in terms of relevance and money compared to Casa-Juan Diaz... And why Casa(GBP) is avoiding Campbell is still a big mystery...

I agree that Casamayor/ Campbell is the more relevant fight because Joel is the champ & Campbell is the #1 contender, plus its also a rematch of a close fight.

I can only think that Casamayor is fighting Diaz now because it is better money for him, or he has some sort of arrangement towards Pacquiao which of course will also be big money.

I mean Casamayor has already beaten Nate, plus Nate is also an older guy. Its a fight that could potentially go either way.

Nate needs to look at guys like Santa Cruz to try & force a fight with Joel IMO
