The trick is to tell them you are not interested... If you try to be funny or pretend that your not home, they come back cause they assume your not there, or if you take the literature to be nice of course they will comeback cause they assume your interested... I always preferred that people tell me no so that way I could concentrate on someone whao was intersted

I mean you stated earlier that you wanted to live another lifestyle, but was there anything about the doctrine that you questioned?

I actually believe in it all, but just dont want to live up to the standards... I am hypocritcal in that sense were I do all the holidays and birthdays with my fiance' stepkids and my family but I dont believe in it...

I don't think that is necessarily hypocritical, unless you are leading a lie and pretending to live to the standards, and preaching it's word.

I hang with people of other faiths all the time.
