    That punch was a peach.

I'd love to see Froch v Kesler.

    Who would win?

    At this minute Kesler just.

I consider myself the biggest Kess fan here and have followed the guy from early on. A few months back I would have said Kess without a doubt BUT I'm starting to wonder now.
For starters the lay off can't be good
The fight making is all wrong

Honestly man, I wanna say Kess but now I'm not too sure how all this will pan out. I just hope he fights soon and he has a good showing....

Still say Kess . He can do everything Froch does and more.

Mikkel will find it extremely difficult to miss Frochs jaw everytime he throws a punch .

I agree skillwise Kess is better but my view here is the time off, injury etc. etc. when you weigh it out the negatives are more then the positives...
    That's all I'm saying.

I'd still favor Kessler to beat any fighter who is currently at 168. He does need to quit being a drama queen and get back in the ring, though.

It seems like the loss to Calzaghe has really affected Kessler in a bad way. There are a lot of positives to take out of that fight for Kessler, he just needs to get back in the mix asap.

If kessler gets back on form, then id say kessler to beat froch.

An on form kessler will take froch out, possibly by tko.

But fuk knows when hes getting back in the ring and what he'll be like after such a long lay off.

I guess he was so shocked after the calzaghe fight. Hes a great boxer, did everything perfectly by the book...but you cant fight by the book against calzaghe. Hopkins basically threw the book in the bin and used all the dirty tactics that the book doesnt allow, yet he still lost...the defeat has seemed to drain kessler...but we'll know by his next fight i guess.

Wouldnt be nice to see the same thing happen to him as what happened to lacy after calzaghe battered lacy.

Kessler has been off 7 months and is figthing next montg. Sure it is long, but it isn't really spectacular, is it?
For starters there was 8 months between the Andrade and the Calzaghe fight. 9 months between the Lucas and the Beyer fight. And basically 5-6 months between the rest of his recent fights.

No, I'm not saying this is a good thing. I'd love to see him in the ring more and I think he takes too much time off. But there isn't really any hint that this layoff should be much worse than previous layoffs - as people here seem to be suggesting.

In short: Kessler will still toy with Froch.

Edited: Just one more thing - Frochs layoffs (although recently not really his own fault) is not really that much shorter than Kessler's. In fact they both fought in October/November 06, March 07, November 07 and are yet to fight in 2008. Admittedly there will be one month less between Froch's fights - but how big a deal is that?
