Chris Paul on the Hornets is sick, did you see that Jordanesque shot he made in game 3? I haven't seen the Hornets play L.A. this season, I wonder how that would look, two bright yellow uniforms, that would be just ugly.
I actually love the yellow jerseys Orange ball, tan floor, orange rim with all these different multicolored ads, basketball is a flashy colored sport. And the teams who wear yellow these days are the more flashy teams. This season the Pacers, Warriors, Hawks, Hornets and Lakers were all teams with some sizzle of them and all great teams to watch on TV. And if anyone laughs at the Pacers, they were a very exciting team, not that good but they played like the Hawks and Warriors as they ran up and down the floor a lot and shot lots of 3s they were a very up tempo team.
That was great and Lebron's comment about how he is lucky it wasn't Mother's Day was to. That's a great series unfortunately I had to miss that game and TNT doesn't replay it at night. I considered looking for it online but didn't find it worth the hassle as I was ready for sleep anyways.
It's a shame Orlando lost that game 4, this had the potential to be a great series with Detroit. They are so evenly matched once Billups is out of the equation and they have a bit of a big three like Detroit's big 3 with Billups out. It's to bad although if the Magic win this game 5 then it becomes at least interesting again but I really doubt they can win now.
At first I was like, whos that lady KG was holding back....it turned out it was bron brons mom mom. He was screaming to her to stay at her sit i guess. I think the wrath up by pual was fine but bron threw an elbow there so if that had escalated i would think it be lebrons fault.
CAN ANYBODY WIN A DAMN ROAD GAME, Its boring the hell out of me knowing the home team will just win like usual this year.
LMAO!!!
Normally, I wouldn't care for a son yelling at his mom like that, but frickin LeBron's moms is the most obnoxious biatch!!! Everyone that has to sit by this woman at the games, constantly complain about her.
So in this case, Go LeBron!!!! Tell your mom to sit her ass down more often!!

Haa...Tim Duncan is the Spurs Antonio tarver
Hornets taking names .SOOO far.Making me an NBA fan![]()
MAN...this game is what you call getting Crushed.Im NBA 'special' but ...dem boy's beat the Spurs DOWN....Fuking right! Game 6 for it all
Game 4 they just came out flat even though they got a couple buckets early. Tonight they went scoreless for the first few minutes but you could tell it wasn't going to be a blowout. They played with energy. A lot of the Hornets' success this year came in transition. In game 4 the Spurs really succeeded in running the court and while it's really hard to beat the Spurs back, it's easy to slack off in transition and the Spurs took advantage of that.
Tonight they got back and had some success of their own because Paul is about as good as you are ever going to see at running the court. He is unbelievable, he has a 360 degree sense of the court, he not only knows who's on the wings or who's in front of him but he has this uncanny sense of knowing who's behind him. He draws them in close then kicks it behind them to a shooter. It's amazing and you couple that with a 5th gear of speed once he gets inside the key and some of the best finishing ability in the league, it's incredible. I'm big on point guards and Chris Paul is the most talented point guard I have ever seen aside from Magic of course who wasn't a true point guard really. I have little doubt he's going down as one of the greatest of all time at that position. He plays with another level of skill, he is truly
They imposed themselves on defense and that's where they won the game. I liked how they didn't automatically double Duncan and let him pick them apart passing. They were more controlled and waited until he put the ball on the floor or faced up to the basket to send the extra defender. That really made the difference and Chandler played excellent. Good rotations all around and they didn't let Ginobli and Parker drive the lanes without getting sent to the floor. I don't get why more teams aren't physical with the Spurs. There is no reason two small guards should be able to punch you in the mouth on such a consistent basis. Get physical with them and make them think about driving the lanes and you don't have a problem. The game was really won on the defensive end the Spurs never found a rhythm.
And having David West blow up like that and just shoot lights out it's going to be hard for any team to defend that and of course Chris Paul is Chris Ball and he penetrated inside this game and that is really what opens up the offense. You know the Hornets are good when they are hitting alley oops and I think they had 3 tonight.
Also, I hate the Pistons but Tayshaun Prince has to be by far the most underrated player in the NBA. I can't think of anyone else who is close. He has really blown me away this series and that block against Hedo was an instant classic and that really closed the game and the Magic's season.

Can someone explain the knowledge to me behind having "argueably" the greatest 3 point shooter ever and not having him shoot any fucken 3's?
N.O. pisses me off!!!
To see them give up shot after shot from the 3 line to players like Pargo.
I just don't get it?

Well Bowen is doing a great job on Peja and the Spurs aren't going to get beat in transition which is where Peja hits most of his 3's. It's hard to spot up against the Spurs. I don't mind Pargo shooting he had a very good game 5 and he is so good at walking into a shot. He might be the best in the league at stepping into his shot him or Stephen Jackson but Pargo doesn't only do it outside.
But I agree that they have to get Peja involved. That's going to be the key for this game 7 because the only way to really exploit that matchup is to put Peja in isolation but Scott is hesitant to do that because that's taking the ball away from your two best players. But they've got to get him involved somehow because he has been a non factor for 4 games now and I wouldn't bet on them to win game 7 without Peja being productive. I really don't know how that happens but that's Byron Scott's job.
I don't get why they are doubling Duncan as soon as he touches the ball and not on the dribble like they did in game 5. But hey if Byron Scott wants to let Duncan pass all over them then that's his call I don't really get why he would undo that adjustment. Don't care who you are but if you let Duncan pass accross the court on a double at will then you have no chance of beating the Spurs because Parker and Ginobli are to good to have someone rotate to them late. But foul trouble killed the Hornets and that's surprising because they had something like only 3 players foul out the entire year, just weren't used to playing in foul trouble. Terrible reffing too the worst of these playoffs that was awful to watch. Paul puts his hand on Bowens hip, no push at all and since the Spurs are a bunch of pansies and flop at the slightest touch it was a foul. I've seen Lebron James literally stiff arm guys in the face and never seen him called for it.
I can't believe this home winning streak that the NBA is on it's unbelievable. I still think Hornets will finish it if not then the NBA is doomed to a Pistons - Spurs series I'm sure of it.
