    He gave it to him twice i believe the 1st time was round about the 3rd round or something like that, it was early in the fight i know that.

    I heard a myth they were giving Jake Lamotto whiskey between rounds in the st valentine day masacre cos he knew robinson was gonna fwock him up....I actually beleive this one when Jake was against the ropes and Ray was just raining down punches on him....That's heart..or Alcoholism lol

    He prob had sponsorship deal with perrier - he was prob drinking a bottle when they asked him about it!

    Jake went out and bought a bottle of bourbon the day of the fight and switched it with his water.

    He said he knew once he got tanked even Sugar Ray couldn't put him down.

    Another Lamotta myth was that he was a power puncher, his record simply doesn't add up to it, he was a pressure fighter.

    Dead right!

    He was an accumulative puncher who was in exceptional shape for his fights and worked well with angles.

    Not an awesome puncher though
