yeah got that same thing some times,
i just take a week off and just freakin relax, just like missy said,
you'll see next week you cant wait to be back in the gym,
but dont do it every week
and sometimes when i dont feel like going (hard day @ work, late at the club last night or for some reason)
i know i'll feel different when i'm at the gym, then i'll be glad i went anyway, so i just go and realise i was right, like always![]()
