Maussa was shite. Hatton was very very careless against Maussa. Reckless in fact. I don't think any version of Hatton would stop Lazcano.
Harris only lost to Maussa because he spent the 1st 3 rounds swinging for the hills. Every shot bounced off his big stupid head but had no effect on the devil worshipper.
You can't honestly sit there and tell me Carlos Maussa is a better fight than Juan Lazcano![]()
I'm not trumpeting him....i think he's as good as the other champs at 140.
As is Witter and Harris...roughly imo.
I just didn't like how everyone was making out that Lazcano was going to be an easy fight. Even if Team Hatton thought so....it was silly.
IMO he might aswell have fought a titlist at 140 for his comeback fight. More reward for just as much risk.

He was severly under-estimated. He must have been.....other-wise the fight wouldn't have made any business sense whatsoever. Sticking him in on a hiding to nothing after a KO loss. They must have thought Lazcano was waiting to be stopped.
I always thought this fight would be a difficult one. I never quite understood the point behind it (from a business sense).
He shoulda gone for a titlist.
I'm going dizzy now![]()
Yep thats about right.
Like with all pointless debates here.. what you start out believing you finish believing no matter what the other guy says
