I just didn't like how everyone was making out that Lazcano was going to be an easy fight. Even if Team Hatton thought so....it was silly.

IMO he might aswell have fought a titlist at 140 for his comeback fight. More reward for just as much risk.
Lazcano wasn't meant to be any risk at all though. That's the point. So either - Lacano was underestimated.. or.. Ricky was overrated all along.. or.. Ricky has slipped.

He was severly under-estimated. He must have been.....other-wise the fight wouldn't have made any business sense whatsoever. Sticking him in on a hiding to nothing after a KO loss. They must have thought Lazcano was waiting to be stopped.

I always thought this fight would be a difficult one. I never quite understood the point behind it (from a business sense).

He shoulda gone for a titlist.
