Default Anybody listen top Talk Sport?

I was on there on Wed afternoon talking to Ian Wright about the Weight problem eipdemic in the UK. If anybody did hear it, I was the one they were all slating for losing 7 stone in 14 weeks

I listen to it when I can, been listening to it since it was called Talk Radio, but did not hear you. Should have pre-warned us.

Maybe I misunderstand what slating means, but why would they be knocking you for losing weight?

Because I did it too quickly (when I first lost weight back in 2006) Easy to judge when you don't have any experience on the subject lol

Oh, I guess that makes some sense. It seems to me that the important thing would be losing the weight, not how you lose it. Then again, I'm no doctor.

Lol - I did the Cambridge diet (just 4 milkshakes per day - no food) but I wouldn't recommend it to anybody that isn't vastly overweight. Since I did it I have been trying to just eat a healthy diet and go to teh gym, but I do fluctuate badly
