I think Mr.T used to work as a minder to the stars as he was a bit of a hard man.
almost certainly no Lenny though...
Thats cricket
I wonder why Mr. T didn't become a boxer. Hey, good for him he didn't have to get punched in the face to make a living, but he might have been good.
I think the best fighter of all of them was Apollo Creed damn shame to because he was better than Mason Dixon .I think Carl Weathers would have kicked Antonio Tarver's ass in a real fight.
Guys, guys .... it takes more than a few muscles to become a fighter.
Firstly, you need to learn your craft as a fighter - that's why guys like Foreman etc can beat the shit out of young muscley guys - the olden greats didn;t have ripped physiques like today's guys but their stamina was much better as they were not sweating every ounce off to make a weight.
Look at guys like Frank Bruno, huge muscles and all but he was mechanical and was not a graceful fighter at heart. Someone like Jack Dempsey four stone lighter and 4 inches shorter, would have eaten him up.
Some fake wrestler or actor would not be able to go with a fighter in the top 100 in any weight (apart from the heavys and the flyweights as there is not as much depth there) ...... I'm with Trainer Monkey on this.
Innfact, I'd quite like to see someone like Jean Claude Vann Damme get totally battered, humiliated and knocked senseless by someone like Micheal Nunn. When a professional fighter - at any weight - hits a 'civilian', said civvy gets wrecked.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
In Larry Holmes autobiography he states that MR T was the bodyguard of Leon Spinks and that Holmes and Spinks both attended a function and all Leon did was abuse Larry and also his wife Dianne, Holmes did say though to be fair that MR T did stand his ground in front of Leon.
