Many of the Mexican Fighters do.

Also if you watch some of Gatti's fights he copied the Mexican style.

Mexico still holds that style, it's like their national traditional dress for big occassions and although it no longer appears today, they retain it, just as the Irish retain their ties with Guiness and Shamrocks for tourism.

In Cancun, all the Mexican bands are like that apparantly, it's just national pride, like Duddy with the shamrocks.

I was in Tijuana once when I was younger, want to go back badly!

it's just the traditional style of trunks from mexico, even Chavez used them, it's true that he would make his own stamp on them later, by having JC Chavez down the side but still had the general style, Arce wears them, so does Montiel and Barrera at times

Valero trains in their Tokyo gym.

I was thinking about joining the Osaka gym but that was scrapped when I found a gym right next to my new apartment.
