My point was that Mundine hasent fought anyone who can hit like Pavlik and he has shown a weakness in the past to a light punchers , so my opinion is Pavlik would brutally KO him .
I think if they did fight after 2 or 3 rounds Mundine would have a swift and sudden fall from grace , and sunny days would feel far away .
My point is he has fought guys with big punches, Kessler, Green, Echols, sure they may not punch as hard as Kelly but they all punch hard enough to KO anyone if they get it right. He has fought better opponents in his career than the likes of Abraham, Froch and Sturm yet they dont get half the criticism he does.
I still say Mundine is a cock, he is full of shit, he thinks he is better then what he is proven, but i dont for one minute let that cloud my judgement on his ability. If he fights the top guys at 160 he'll beat em all except maybe Pavlik and he'll go 12 with Kelly.

If im proven wring ill admit it.
Yes i respect your opinion dude , we will have to see if the fight ever happens.

Mundine called out Sturm, Abraham and Winky but none of them wanted it.

I would pick both Abraham and Winky over Mundine. The problem, in my opinion, is that Mundine is a high risk/low reward fight. Not many people outside of Aus. know who he is, thus it would not generate much interest, but Mundine has a decent chance at beating all of those fighters. So they probably look at it and think it's just not worth it.
Now, you could say that Mundine's unwillingness to fight a better/more international level of competition is the reason he is not well known, but that's a matter of opinion.

Anyone who would be willing to come to oz to fight would make good cash IMO. Mundine made 5 million and green 2.5 million in their fight. How many fights would Winky Wright have made 2.5 million in? Wright v Mundine would sell its ass off PPV in Australia mainly cos a lot of ppl here wanna see Mundine beaten.

Mundine has not taken the big step overseas, probably for the same reason a lot of non american fighters stay at home, he can make heaps of cash fighting medium level opponents at home. Joe Calzaghe did it, Sturm and Abraham are doing it, Sven Ottke made a career of it.

Atleast now Mundine is talking about going overseas and if he does i think he will be more impressive than a lot of guys think. It is an IF at the moment tho and the ball is in his court.

I don't disagree, I just think it's a risk/reward thing. A lot of fighters would be wary of fighting in Mundine's backyard in a fight that would already be relatively low-profile (internationally) and high-risk.

2.5 million is pretty good reward in my books anyway.
