Williams went to the head all night much like Julio did, Paul williams needs to stop being "punisher" and start being "body snatcher" if he wants to beat quintana.
Such a tall fighter will have difficulty reaching the body.
he didn't have a problem going to the body in his other fights prior to Quintana.
In his fight with Margarito, Williams threw to the body, but was continuously leaving his head open, scarificing his height. Quintana, plays Williams by keeping pressure on him, so If Williams attempts to dip the knees in search of the body, he will be exposing himself to the continuous work of Quintana.

What Paul needs is some power, so he can shoot the right hand in order to prevent Quintana moving forward.

Williams will lose a second time. He's getting older and he doesn't belong in the weight class anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if JMW was too small for him. I wouldn't be surprised if he got floored in the rematch. With Williams' poor defense he's only going to get cracked harder at higher weights and we'll see if Williams really does have a good chin. I'm not even looking at this bout with the thought of Williams winning. Even if he did, he couldn't maintain the belt for long. He should have gone beyond his pride and just took his L and went away.
