Ref throws towel back out!

I just want to know if you've personally seen a ref deck it by way of towel thrown into ring?

Ive seen plenty of fighters slip on a wet spot in a corner,its just one less hazard

Considering you're unable to give a simple answer - YES or NO, I take it you have NEVER seen a ref go arse over tit from a towel chucked in to save a fighter

If a towel is saturated with sweat and water,and it hits the mat,what does that create?
