Not sure you are disagreeing. I think he is crap too. But sometimes he is a guilty pleasure, albeit I think rarely. For me, this was one of those times.

I kept thinking to myself..."Can't believe I'm laughing so hard at this garbage..."

I think it was also because my friend who was most likely to be offended by it, was in tears and practically falling out of his chair and we all were sort of feeding off that. lol. It really was a funny night for us. He promised us we could go back to his house for lots and lots of hummus very soon, and promised us he'd introduce us to his uncles he swore are exactly like the characters as he wiped the tears from his eyes from laughing so hard. haha

I previously was a major Sandler fan.

But as his movies became more available, the more I noticed his arrogance, giving himself superior strength to other characters, allowing himself to be the hero in every film, bedding numerous beautiful women and granting himself superhuman sports abilities.

Still I like some of his films.

The Longest Yard was one of the worst movies I have seen in theatres!

I liked Adam Sandler in Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and the Wedding Singer. Also Punch Drunk Love.

Imo he hasnt been in a good comedy since the Wedding Singer...which was 10 years ago

Ohh Sandler would have to be one of my fav actors of all time, Happy Gilmore and Billy Maddison and pretty much all of his movies were brilliant. He also doesn't seem like a jackass just a generally nice funny bloke which is refreshing to see. Can't wait to see it when it comes out here in Aus.
