I think he should give Verno Phillips a shot. If anyone deserves a big payday its Phillips. He is currently #1 & DLH is #3 so I think it would qualify for The Ring 154 pound championship also.

You can almost 100% rule that one out, low reward high risk fight, not likely at this point. Oscar will fight some huge name that will bring in the $$$ Verno Phillips is probably at the bottom of his list. I like Verno though if anyone deserves it, he does.
