Well I tend to get really flat footed and not move laterally very much. So I'm doing a lot of moving around quickly and changing directions, pivots. As fast as I can. I'm not necessarily throwing any punches just in my stance and visualizing my opponent and trying to get angles, or cut off the ring.

I'm the exact opposite. I tend to bounce around too much. As a result sometimes my feet end up close together, and that isa recipe for disaster.

Crap! I just discovered the arcade section of this forum. This could impede my progress.

Meh...three weeks. Calif. could slide into the ocean and CO turn into a giant volcano before that arrives. haha. But is good I think to air your thoughts. And plus I know ya been busting your butt, amirite?

Tonight I should be fighting in Valley East Sudbury...my latest cancellation. This time their coach pulled the plug on it so they say, because they had a poor showing at our last tour and none of the fighters are taking it serious. It seems I just can't win.
