Cotto who walked through monstrous uppercuts from Zab Judah doesn't take a punch as well as De La Hoya who got rocked by Mayweather several times? Hm.

Cotto didn't so much walk through them as much as he did wobble away from him, cause he was hurt bad

I didn't see that. Cotto kept his feet and kept the pressure on Zab until Super faded away. Oscar got cracked by Mayweather and stopped throwing the only punch that could have won him the fight.

I watched the rounds many times, and Cotto never wobbled, never was hurt. On a couple of occasions he took a step back, but he never staggered or wobbled. He took Zab's power shots very well, something Cotto has done more effectively at 147. No need to respond in disagreement. If you have the fight on tape, you will agree with me when you see it again.

The only time I remember ODLH getting a good clean shot was on that round (was it 8th or 9th?) when the round finished and when he let his guard down got a straight right from Mayweather. But it was not like "Oh my gaaawd, OHLD won't be able to recover! Look at him, he is totally in trouble!" Nope, faaaar from that, same thing for Mayweather. Can't really say that both ODLD and Mayweather were in trouble in there. Both fought cautiously.

But if we are going to go that way then imagine if Cotto got almots TKO'd by someone like Torres (where is he now?), cuts in almost all his fights, rocked in almost all his fights, exposed, etc. Imagine against ODLH.

I'll say it can go either way.

If almost eveybody in here hates ODLH and are certain that Cotto can give him a great easy beating then why do some of you complain for this fight? Shouldn't everybody look forward to seeing ODLH loose?

I complain because Oscar brings nothing but his name. There are opponents who truly deserve to be there who have fought and BEATEN significant opponents within the last few years. Oscar fans support his PPVs regardless of the outcome. Would you buy the 5th straight PPV of your favorite fighter if he'd either lost the last 4 or fought paper-thin competition? I'm speaking only from the perspective of if it HAS to happen what I believe WILL happen. I'd prefer Cotto fight Paul Williams next.

And I never said it would be easy. I think Cotto will have to work, but in the end he's going to break Oscar's body down and put him away.

Sure! Why not? Either that or ODLH will make him do the chicken dance Cotto has already done before, get rocked like he has already in many of his fights, or get cut with a few punches. Anything can happen specially now that ODLH is no way near his prime.
