Thread: Miranda ripped and ready!

    You are right man, bodies dont win fights! (otherwise Pavlik would be a bum!! )

    But I tell you there is a huge difference in his body now compared to the weigh in with Pavlik. He looked sick a dried out there. He wasnt sweating in light training at all. Now his skin looks good and he sweats easily, even after a couple of minute of shadow boxing.

    It really is incredible what you can do with the right nutriention mixed in with the proper conditioning. I will tell you right now, Miranda is in the best shape of his life. We will really see what he is all about in the ring on Saturday.
