    ROUND 5:

Khan takes a big left hook, comes back with a body shot and Gomez is down, up at 8, Gomez coming forward still, 2 big shots lands on Gomez's head, Gomez showing great heart, Khan the fitter and faster, Khan picking off the jab, goof upper from Khanmand good right lands. bunches thrown from Khan and Gomez shaken, ref steps in. Good stoppage Gomez was badly shaken there.

Pheww What a fight, phenominal action A MUST WATCH.

Gomez badly shook Khan in the fight, brave performance from him and I'm now convinced ANY top lightweight would beat Khan, he has an awful chin, Gomez furious with the stoppage.

I see some arguing at the stoppage. I think it was right, Gomez was taking too many shots, to brave for his own good.

Gomez did hurt Khan quite bad in the 4th with some good body punches, Khan was holding his arms down after that, i wonder what damage Gomez did do to this body ??

Gomez needed protecting, he had been down twice and the Ko would have been brutal, the ref done his job and protected Gomez.

I think he had more to go, so I don't blame him...

It was a bad stoppage but I, maybe stupidly, believe Khan was on his way to winning. Gomez was really starting to be troubled by body shots and was moving back himself. But still, seesaw battle should not have been stopped there at all for all I know Gomez would have just come back 10 seconds later.

    Damage done regardless.

The commentator said it may have broke one of his ribs, he badly shook Khan with the body shot.

How the hell did you manage a Kessler stream? I've been searching all day and didn't come across one, only had a RBR from Palle's site that some danish people were giving updates from.

Casamayor, Campbell and Pac would all wreck Con. I think David Diaz would to. No wonder they keep him away from punchers.
