Look at Haye,he's chinny (OK he has a hell of an equalizer) he's been beaten, been down, cut etc and the rest is history.
Khan needs to stop getting dragged away from what he does best but he seems to love the tear up a little too much for his own good.
Can def see him getting a strap,he may have to cleverly box his way to it but it's well within him to do so i feel

He is young aand because of that, frustrating. His problem is that at 17 he was an Olympic medalist and just months later beat one of the greatest amateurs of all time gaining revenge for his olympic defeat. This has served to instill a confidence in him which allied with the fact that he is asian makes him arrogant. This is not me being racist, just aware that successful asian males are treated like they walk on water among their families.

This over inflated confidence is a problem because he has the ability to be great, however he already believes that he is almost there. The truth is, he is miles off.

I personally don't think he is chinny, say what you want, he has got off the canvas and stopped his opponents when caught with pretty good shots. His defence however is still amateurish and he is having lapses in concentration which are ok in the amateurs but in the pros you can get sparked in one shot. Based on his maturity I think he needs two more years before he can develope the skills to be a great champion. Yes he can get a belt and be a "World Champion" this year if he goes after a shit title, but that will be a waste of everyones time. I'd rather see focused career developement and for him to train with Roger Mayweather soon.

Just because one fighter in another division is chinny and has won a belt, doesn't mean Khan can and lets remember the Lightweight division is far stronger than the Cruiserweight division. And like i said what title holder or top Lightweight can he beat ?? And i actually don't think Haye is that chinny his loss to Thompson was down to stamina issues not chin issue's.

Agree, teaming up with and developing a Mayweather like defense would serve him so well and is exactly what he needs.
I'd like to see Floyd do something positive (if he really is retiring) and take Khan under his wing

I think he forces his way to number 1 spot with the WBO then waits till he can fight for the vacant belt against some push over.
