Hello..first post here..
The question is most feared... I'll go with Tyson, and then number 2 would be Foreman.
A lot of people brought up a Tyson vs. Douglas, or Tyson vs. Holyfield to point out all of Tyson's flaws. We all know after Kevin Rooney left Tyson, it was the end of the era right there.
I'm on the boat that Foreman would take care of Tyson for the very same reason that Foreman could take care of Frazier. I believe Cus D'amato pointed this out too, and it's that Foreman fought best against smaller fighters that moved forward to him. Despite Foreman's wide looping punches, he was strong enough to push his opponents into range of those punches.. However Foreman would not destroy Tyson the way he destroyed Frazier. The reason why Frazier was so easily dispatched was due to his faulty defensive maneuver against uppercuts. This was the same way Tyson exposed Frazier's son. The "up and down" movements are not good defensive movements.
I'll also have to point out something rather sacrilegious, and that's I believe Tyson style would take care of Ali. Ali always had a difficult time with pressure fights like Frazier. Tyson had an impeccable defense, (better than Frazier) and a much better right hand than Frazier. Everything Frazier could do, Tyson could do better (except for Frazier's heart). But in Tyson's prime, he never had problems going the distance. It's rather a dumb topic, because Tyson respected Ali deeply, and would never claim to be greater than Ali.
