Oh please you compared Hopkins to Skelton thats how much you know on Hopkins, if your such a big Calzaghe fan you would realize Calzaghe has struggled in rough fights before with Salem, Bika, Reid, etc which Hopkins was a master of in his prime and he even broke Glen Johnson's will. A young Hopkins was a punching machine and still had great skills to go along with it, the old Hopkins lost purely because he didn't have the work rate or the stamina to fight for the full 12 rounds which wasn't the case with the younger Hopkins, i suggest you do some homework on a younger Hopkins and don't just base him off a few of his older fights.

I have Hopkins career at home and he still doesnt beat Calzaghe the only version that had a chance was the version coming off his best B2B wins. People forget he took tarver to school and beat Winky in the two fights prior.

And i said i find Skelton and Hopkins the worst fighters to watch they dont try and wion fights but mug and steal fights.
are you kidding me? Hopkins would of beat joe decisively if he had the workrate to keep up with him but at 43 it just wasn't there and thats why the fight was close. A younger Hopkins would of threw more, landed more and would win a UD, and when you reply to this post actually reply with knowledge on why Calzaghe would beat a younger Hopkins.
