I don't think the promoters are in such a hurry to stage this fight.

We are also too eager to witness a super fight but first......

Both fighters are being chased by other boxers that they should accept the challenge first.

    hatton-dlh
    hatton-cotto

    pac-guzman
    pac-valero

This are big names suited for the two of them, why fight in haste when they can savor their dominance as of this time.

Why are people saying Pacman is afraid of anyone? He couldn't make 130 so people are saying he's scared and didn't want to fight Guzman, when he just fought JMM the guy everyone wanted him to fight, He beat Marquez in a close fight and doesn't need to fight him again, sure a Guzman fight would be fun, but is Guzman really good enough? I viewed Soto as his first real test, if he beats Campbell then Guzman deserves the chance, but not yet. I think Pacquaio could fight that winner, but a Hatton fight is much tougher, and much more historic.

If Pac fought and Beat Hatton, anf it did huge numbers, what are the odds that Floyd would come out of retirement and challenge Pac? I could see this being almost a definite.

I've always felt a Pacquaio-Mayweather fight would work. They wiegh about the same walking around, Pacquaio is a great offensive fighter, and Mayweather is a great defensive fighter who doesn't use size as an advantage when he has it. I think it would be a great fight, especially because Mayweather does not do well fighting southpaws... He tends to come forward against them and that plays into most southpaws advantage.

yea why the hell floyd thought coming forward and trading with demarcus was a good idea almost got him ko'ed. also with judah floyd had to adjust to get the job done after 4 rounds.

Anything is possible, but I find it hard to imagine Pac fighting him.. I mean, as I said anything is possible.. But how I see it, Floyd is not a big guy by any stretch.. Yet he makes Hatton look tiny in the ring with him.. If you look at Hatton's weigh in pics, he's built relatively the same as Pac.. the heigh/reach are equal, or actually benifiting Pac.... I just picture how much bigger Floyd looked than Hatton in that fight.. And if they are saying Hatton could bully pac around with his strength/size, Floyd would have that advantage also..

BUT, who the fuck knows!!! I will say this though, style wise, at their P4P prime, Pac v Mayweather would be one of the more exciting fights for the ages I think..

Hatton punches 3times as hard as anything manny pacquiao would ever of come across.

Its all well and good saying manny is faster and of much higher quality, but you get in with someone of the sheer raw aggression and brutality of hatton and you realise it really isnt sensible to stand toe to toe with him.

I love both fighters and although i consider manny to be a far superior p4p athlete, i give him little or no chance against hatton.

Pac man says he was hurt in the Diaz fight so fighting Hatton at 140lb might not be a good idear.

Pacs performance (although totally predictable) was so impressive it makes the Hatton fight look a must.

I doubt it will happen anywhere but Vegas.

They'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

He was just probably just being respectful to Diaz trust me i watched the fight twice and at no point in the fight was Pacquiao even one bit hurt.

The only thing i disagree with is that he doesn't need to fight JMM again, i had Marquez winning both fights and a lot of people thought both decisions were highly controversial. Even Pacquiao fans here would like a 3rd meeting to settle the score, as for Guzman i thought his first real test was against Apagito Sanchez who was just coming off a dirty draw with Pacquiao, and followed by Jorge Barrios they were Guzman's first real test's not Humberto Soto.

No chance of those fights happening. Hatton is past his best and two Welters have give him a beating already, he would definitely lose both. Valero cant fight in America because he has a fucking hole in his head and high risk-low reward.
