I go for Naz think he gets a big shot in before Pac man does.Would of liked to seen how Pac would have handled the mind games that Naz used before a fight.

I hate Naz but he has a puncher's chance in this fight Pacquiao is a come forward fighter, and even if you love or hate Naz he could bang and turn your lights out with 1 punch. Pacquiao is certainly the more skilled fighter but it could go either way with Naz's power but i'll go with Pacquiao by TKO in 7.
In his prime Hamed wins a thriller.
Hamed before ditching Ingle was hard to catch clean and whilst almost limbo dancing could some how still get massive power into his shots. Hamed loved fighters that came to him and I believe one of those wierd angle shots would have caught Pac and Hamed would not let him off the hook.
Hamed after Ingle gets outworked - hit a lot and either beaten by UD or stopped late by Pac.
'To speak with his equal and irish man is forced to talk with God...'
HmmmGood question!!!No dought it would be a really good fight"Has'nt know one got a time machine to make this fight happen?"Damn,oh well,we'll have to use our imagination instead!I think it would be a really close fight, maybe a twelve rounder!I think Naz might just edge it by getting his punches off first. He throw with great power speed and awkard angles too!
I'll say Hamed would wear Pac down connecting those powerful left hooks and straight rights from all kinds of angles until Pac is down and can't beat the count. I can see Pac charging Naz only to get countered while Naz moves out of the way as he typically did.

Pretty evenly spread on the predictions.
Nas was akward and a slick boxer. He was at one point unbeatable in my eyes. I don't think there's a fighter that Pac hasn't connected with and we all know what happens when he connects. Pac has also evolved as his career has gone by. At first he was just a one-two puncher. Now he has a lethal right hand, better blocking and defense, plus, has greatly improved his boxing skills. I feel Pac makes this an easier match-up with each fight/improvement he has.
BUT! You can never rule out Nas catching Pac which has happened before. At this point I'll leave it as a "pick-em" fight leaning towards Pac.
In his prime Hamed would have won a fire fight.
Neither would have to go too far to find each other but Hamed had pretty scary power as did Pacman. It would probably be a 8 knockdown fight and definately would be a fight of the year. Im sure Hamed would win the early rounds being defensive and Pacquiao would come on in the mid rounds and it would be near even down the stretch when the firefight breaks up.
I'll pick Hamed in a firefight but it would have been one of the greatest featherweight fights to see. just my 2 cents. I lean towards Hamed because Pacquiao wouldn't try to outbox him like Barerra but outslug him, and no one outslugged hamed and no one outslugs pacquiao so it would be an awesome match but Hamed has angles and defense pacquiao has never had to defense and was a very good counterpuncher as people have probably forgotten. But Pacquiao has a power Hamed hasn't seen before either so it makes it a pick em. If Hamed hadn't gotten such a big head that it prevented him from remembering defense then this would have been the fight of the millenium. Hamed is what 29 now?

How the hell is this so close? This is Naseem Hamed we are talking of her. The guy who was humiliated the first time he fought a top guy? Do 50% of guys on here truly think Hamed would beat the living legend that is Manny Pac? The Manny Pac who has beaten the likes of Barrera, Morales and Marquez? The same Manny Pac who just put on one of the most brutal displays i've seen in a long time this weekend gone?
Come on guys i think a lot of u are looking at Nas thru rose coloured glasses.
I think fighting in bursts with a high guard Pac would KO Naz in 3 or 4 rounds.
At the top level Naz was not hard to hit and got hurt by 2nd or 3rd rate punchers so Pac would destroy him.
Balls
I can see an arguement for either fighter.
Manny although decent etchnically is a come forward aggressive fighter.
Much of his defensive prowess is simply down to his stance.
Hamed,,sharing the Southpaw stance, could acpitalise on this to land with power.
Nas although using huge power, had terrible balance, so a consistent aggressor like Pac could crack him.
Either way.
091
I think Naz off 1996 beats him.
I voted with my heart and said Pac. Hamed is just one of those fighters I could never stomach. Of course, voting with my head, I would also say Pac, although I feel the Princess...er... Prince would have a puncher's chance.
This is just a topic that gives me a fucking head ache to be honest.
Truth is, i don't like either of these so i think i'm pretty neut looking at it, and every way i look at it there is a a different outcome and reason for either winning?
but that is what makes boxing one of the greatest sports in the world, good matches are so very hard to call, no matter how would like to big up our ego by saying our pick was right, a lot of the time in even match ups, it comes down to a lot of luck.
I think this match, out of the all the "What if they fought" threads is one of the most itneresting, but hardest to call, luck will play a bigger factor in this than any amount of anaylisying.
The classic thing for all of us to predic in a match that faces to great punchers against eachother is an early KO; but this could very well have seen to very gun shy fighters, both knowing that one clean punch will put them in la-la land.
Neither had a great chin, neither had a BAD one, most of the time they have been in a toe-to-toe it has been their own impressive punch power that has forced the other to back off or go down, rather than their chin that getting them through it.
I personaly would favour Naz in the early rounds, slovenly and recklass in his attacks, he leaves him self very open if he doesn't land big and Naz was all about dodging an attack and landing big with a counter, he had great agility, speed, timing and power, all combined would be a nightmare for a reckless fighter like pac.
While Naz had that, i don't think he was ever tested with someone like pacs hand speed, with his sometimes questionable balance, which was part of his style, if pac landed he could hurt him badly and finish him quick, i just think pac would struggle to land, while Naz wouldn;t so much. it would be very close.
If you want to look at this over a distance, i favour Naz again slightly, there is a good chance pacs sustained attacks could break naz down slowly if he couldn;t connect with the big one, and a fatigued fighter will become sloppy and an easier target to hit, but i think for this to go to the latter rounds, pac would try to box more and get countered a lot, Naz was all about patience, strutting around that ring like the cocky son of a bitch he was, just waiting for the slight opening to land that killing blow, he could controll him self and stay focused, pac i don't think could in a big match, its come forward, all out attack, a more skilled Ricky hattont ype fighter.
