I agree with you with the weight loss. It's been two months now since I went back to the gym. I've lost weight from 80 kilos to 70/71 kilos.
My goal is to lower my weight to 150 lbs. 15 lbs lesser and I will be really back in shape.
Feels good to be in better shape. Before the gym, my waist measures around 36". Now, it's 32".![]()
