His problems aren't the kind that can really be fixed, you either have it mentally or you don't. He is the prime example that physical gifts aren't everything. Look at someone like Mayweather, all the physical gifts in the world but one of the best boxing minds out there. Then you look at Judah probably just as physically talented but doesn't have the mind to go with it, he also has the wrong trainer in his corner. But if Judah was ever going to make a move to improve he should have done it 3 years ago. It's a little late now. If he loses to Clottey which is a good possibility then he should just retire. Even if he went to 140 I don't think he'd have enough time to actually earn his way down there before he could even fight someone like Hatton.
