I love chicken wings and i live 2 minutes from Buffalo NY, the home of the chicken wing. They even named their hockey arena after them: HSBC Arena (hot sauce and blue cheese arena)
BTW i eat it all and its great.

I only eat the beaks and eyeballs. The rest I stuff with candy and play pinata on its a##.

If ya like to bbq, ya take say 4 or 5 chicken breasties and chop em up in pieces and marinade them in italian salad dressing over night, maybe add in a pepper spice...then skewer that with peppers and onions and ya got yourself some tasty and healthy bbq stuff.
We're having a bbq tomorrow so I'm gonna do that today...the marinade. The ribs and all the other jazz i can't make very good yet so I'll leave that to who does...but yea...try that some time.
