If ya like to bbq, ya take say 4 or 5 chicken breasties and chop em up in pieces and marinade them in italian salad dressing over night, maybe add in a pepper spice...then skewer that with peppers and onions and ya got yourself some tasty and healthy bbq stuff.

We're having a bbq tomorrow so I'm gonna do that today...the marinade. The ribs and all the other jazz i can't make very good yet so I'll leave that to who does...but yea...try that some time.
