Danny is watching a feed that is coming from Setanta, and he said they showed an angle that shows Holt's head hitting Torres right square in the jaw, just before the punch that landed, and that is what might have really hurt him.

I saw the same feed....
There's no doubt that a clash of heads was involved, but it was Torres that brought his jaw up into Holt's head. Total accident, but if anybody is to blame for the butt, it's Torres.

That accidental butt was Torres's fault. Holt was pressuring him and Torres was waving his head around like a wild man. Torres accidentally caught Holt with his jaw over Holt's eye.
