I can think of a million of these. One fight involving more recent fighters that I would've found compelling would've been prime Hopkins-Pavlik. I'll rattle off a couple others: Liston-Foreman, Ali-Tyson, RJJ-Robinson...
Chavez v Duran - LW .
Hagler v Monzon - MW
SRR v RJJ - MW
Ricardo Lopez v Jimmy Wilde - FW
Ali v Holmes - HW
Foreman v Tyson - HW
Julian Jackson v Kelly Pavlik - MW
Tommy Hearns v Mike McCallum - LMW
Evander Holyfield v Joe Frazier - HW
SRL v Floyd Mayweather - WW
Rocky Graziano v Nigel Benn - MW
Sweetpea v Benny Leonard - LW
Ike Quartey v Simon Brown - WW
I'll do one for each weight class that way its easier.
Heavyweight = Lennox Lewis vs Riddick Bowe
Cruiserweight = Evander Holyfield vs Rocky Marciano
Light Heavvyweight = Matthew Saad Muhammad vs Bob Foster
Super Middleweight = Michael Nunn vs Roy Jones Jr
Middleweight = Carlos Monzon vs Marvin Hagler
Jr Middleweight = Terry Norris vs Mike McCallum
Welterweight = Thomas Hearns vs Sugar Ray Robinson
Jr Welterweight = Aaron Pryor vs Henry Armstrong
Lightweight = Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Pernell Whitaker
Super Featherweight = Alexis Arguello vs Azumah Nelson
Featherweight = Salvador Sanchez vs Erik Morales
Super Bantamweight = Wilfredo Gomez vs Marco Antonio Barrera
Bantamweight = Ruben Olivares vs Carlos Zarate
Super Flyweight = Khaosai Galaxy vs Johnny Tapia

Marcino vs Tyson
Calzaghe vs Benn
Naz vs Pac
Haye vs Lewis(great domestic)
Mayweather vs SrL
Loads more too,but too many to mention!
Good one. I can think of a few others I'd like to see against Robinson, such as Leonard, Curry, etc. For sure Robinson's record is optically most impressive, but I'm not convinced that he is definitely superior to the best of other eras, in terms of boxing ability and what would happen in face to face, prime vs prime meetings. In that sense I don't think he is necessarily undisputedly the best. Too much weight goes to long extensive records with many fights. IMO.
I think even fights that have happened or are about to happen but with both fighters in their prime
Mayweather v DLH
Calzaghe v RJJ
Vargas v Mayorga
Tyson v Lewis
Roberto Duran vs Shane Mosley @ 135lbs and Muhammad Ali vs Larry Holmes.
klitschko-klitschko - HW
Jones Jr-Hopkins - LH
Calzaghe-Benn - SM
Jones Jr-Hagler - MW
De la hoya-cotto - LM
Leonard-Mayweather - WW
Hatton-Duran - LW
Pacquiao-Hamed - SF
one dangerous horrible bloke
Herol Graham against Eubanks, Benn and Watson.
Shavers - Tua
Monzon-Pavlik
Calzaghe-Greb I would make him face the dirtiest best middleweight with old school rules
Armstrong - Pac
Hopkins-Robinson
LaMatta-Toney at 160
Roy Jones Jr - Hagler
Floyd Mayweather Jr - Parnell Whitaker
Hearns - Mayweather at 147 as well
Ali - Lennox Lewis and I see a spoiler with Lewis getting a split decision.
Armstrong - Pep.
Wilde - Pep
Thats really it.
As you can see Im a huge old school fan.
