I couldn't say off the bat.I personally don't think Tua can be knocked out by Peter.If Peter fought the way he did in the Toney II fight using his jab constantly and Tua came in as he did against Rahman in their second fight.I think Peter would win hands down but if Tua comes in good shape not even great shape I think he'd KO Peter.
