The Republicans and Democrats practice similar politics....but according to voting records Barack Obama is the one towing the Party line AND apparently he feels he must come to the center to win a general election.....if he really was a "transcednent" candidate he would just stick to what he said in the primaries.

McCain is talking about effectively scrapping social security. If you can explain what he says another way then go ahead. And McCain is a flip flopper. He's the first candiate in history to be stumping against two bills that have his name on them (torture and immigration. )

What Jesse Jackson says even on-mike is irrelevant. McCain made a series of very newsworthy gaffes and blunders over the past few days yet the only thing the media are covering is something Jesse Jackson said and how it affects Obama. No the wonder America is going down the tubes.
