For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
We should all know Santos has good power being he's one of the only guys I've ever seen hurt Margarito.

Damn Daniel Santos came outta nowhere. I hadn't seen him fight in years. Then he gets the title shot and wins a world title.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Decent hand speed, southpaw with really good power.
If he can stay active I def. see good things for him at 154.
How about we see Bunema vs. Santos.
Anyone up for that?
Seems like Bunemas caught a second wind and confidence...
Alcine said that perhaps the fight was stopped to quick. Someone has to speak with him and let him know that if you don't stand up before the end of the 10 count you are KO.
Great for Santos!!! Unfortunately his career has been characterized by long periods of inactivity (and here we go again) due to issues with promoters, among others. I am hoping that at this stage of his career he can make a couple of good fights. Perhaps, one alternative for Santos is fighting Margarito for a third time after Cotto beats him.

What round did he win in ? Was it a good finish ?
Im so glad for santos he deserves it. I just hope he keeps himself busy.
Santos was actually ahead on my scorecards I had him up 3 rounds to 2.
Alcine was waking up and seemed to be bringing pressue in round 5.
In the 6th Alcine was again coming forward and then in a short sequence Santos stepped back and threw a straigh left that caught Alcine on the side of his head at 1st look I though it was on the ear but after looking at it again it looked more towards the temple.
Alcine went down and managed to slowly get up but then falls back down the ref. waived it off. In the post fight interview Alcine said he felt the fight had been stopped prematurely.Go figure?
Heres the KO: Enjoy!!!
