OK cutme asked me who i thought was gonna win and i said my heart said Cotto but my head said Margarito who i thought at the time was the underdog but having read this and now realise he aint i'm gonna go with COTTO to be the first to KO Margarito.

nah mate forget this thread i was just wrong about Cotto and thinking about it logically.... i have picked against Cotto nearly everytime he has stepped up and he has pulled out the win sometimes in spectacular fashion and sometimes not...but he aint lucky he has gotten where he is because of his talent.
Margarito is beatable and one things for sure Cotto aint Cintron and that is what people are forgetting.... i feel he will be to skillfull for Margarito and although have some shaky moments will pull off the KO win in an all time classic slugfest

It's crazy I mean I've been a Margarito fan longer then Cotto but Cotto grew on me fast and since I've seen him from the start I just had to look at them both and choose one.
Same thing happened to me when Kess fought Andrade both my top SMW and I had to choose one, I went with Kess.
The same thing might happen to me IF and when BCD faces Tavoris in the future.

.Hey,I hear ya loud and clear Mick ....go with it indeed.Cotto has grown on me as well.I like him,alot.He Has literally matured and aged in front of our eyes and any one who picks Against him (Denies Reality) as opposed to picking For Margarito is just not thought out and clearly biased.Like yourself,I have followed Margarito old school style and love his fire and style.I truely believe Margarito can and will win this one but at the same time have nothing but admiration for Cotto as a top notch athlete and Improving Boxer.All this talk of Mayweather this and that for the longest time,Well He's "retired",wink-wink and we have one of the best Welterweight clashes in recent memory,Imo anyway.....Ring the farking bell already
