To me Pavlik could KO Calzaghe , has more power and more determination , Calzaghe has a weak chin , and a leak defense .......

How can you say Pavlik is more determind than a guy that is an 18yr pro looking to retire a legend and undefeated.

As for Calzaghe having a weak chin that is beyond wrong.

Hey Markus , Calzaghe was knock down by Hopkins , that dont even have power punch , and you told me that im wrong , probably he didnt be hurt , but was knocked down buddy , imagine with a boxer that hit hard Markus , also i dont give him any possibility with Roy Jones Jr., he just want a good purse thats all ......................

So chuck wepner knocked Ali down he didnt have a good chin? Calzaghe has an iron clad jaw i have seen that guy take bombs and just fire back.

Your wrong for saying Calzaghe has a weak chin that is a misguided statement and incorrect. He has one of the best chins in boxing i would not say getting hit while off balance having a weak chin fans are very forgetful. Would you say Pavlik has a good jaw?

The only reason Pavlik wins is if time has caught up with Joe.
As for Joes chin, you are seriously taking the piss. Joe took one of the hardest punchers around Kesslers best shots and was still standing.

Pavlik hit alot harder than Kessler. Kessler looked gassed and Pavlik never runs out of gas. They need to bring back 15 rounders for big bouts .

Have to completely disagree, Kessler seems the harder puncher he also puts more punches together. Kessler has noted power at 169lbs Pavlik a puncher at 160lbs i cant see him keeping that KO ratio with the big guys at 168 or 175.

Kessler looked gassed due to Calzaghes work-rate and because he was taking punishment. Pavlik has good work-rate against guys noted for hot having good workrates lets see him fight guys that throw between 700-800 punches a fight with power.

So you dont think adding 10 pounds of muscle mass would do that. When I went from 190 to 200 my bench shot up from 275 to 325. I was just as fast playing football as a saftey and I knew for a fact my punch would be alot more profound.

To me it sounds like you are making Calzaghe into something he might not be. Pavlik fighting a guy who throws 700-800 would work right into his game. Remember if those are punches and not shoulder punches and kitten yarn slaps. That just means the guy is going to stand in and trade. Great all the better. I would see Calzaghe not wanting to do that. He will try to come in with a kitten flurry and move. Pavlik would be chasing him around the ring all night. If Calzaghe trys to stand in and trade he will get knockout.
