Thanks CMM! I hadn't seen that yet. It's not like I needed any more anticipation for the fight. I'm already a nervous wreck. One thing I'll say though: Not only are Cotto and Margarito both great fighters and great champions... but they're also both great human beings with good family values and great stories to tell. That was a great "countdown".

You don't know the half of it. I've always been a nervous wreck before the big PR-Mexico championship fights. I'd have to say the Tito-Vargas fight reached new heights. It doesn't help that my brothers and close pals are just as "boxing-crazy" as I am, and extremely aware of the historical PR-Mexico rivalry.

The joke around the family is that my sister-in-law is offering to stand by with tranquilizer darts, should our celebrating (or whatever) get out of hand.

I thought I saw in the countdown show, where both PBF and Mosley turned down offers to fight Margarito. Is this true?

Yes Mosley did turn it down though he didn't slight Margarito like Mayweather did. It was before the Collazo bout, and Mosley said something like "I'm not ready for anyone like that" or something to that extent.

If that's true, that's awful candid for a professional boxer. Especially someone of Mosley's stature.
