Why do americans hate Ricky Hatton ?

Besides English fans are so over-the-top that even if they wanted to like Hatton, the fans turn them off.

Dont see that in Hatton fans, Miranda and Pavlik fans are some of the worst around.

I think most Hatton fans that go are mainly made up of Football fans and were acting like they were at a football match but most of them wont know who someone like Miguel Cotto is. They watch boxing only when Hatton fights.

How about the millions generated by Hattons fans spending in LasVegas?

Americans are insanely nationlistic, yet most hate Bill O`Riely and vote Democrat. Just doesnt make sence, booing anthems are common place here and we take pride in it, just as the American did booing the Canadian anthem in zat hockey game.
