Big ups for Margo and Cotto for a great fight. MArgo's pressure nullified Cotto's offensive to the body. Other fighter not called Antonio Margarito would have been out in 6, Cotto did a great job he cough Margarito with great punches in all rounds but that chin is a thing from the X-files or x-man is just not normal.

You just can't say crap about any of them Cotto was doing a beautiful job great great boxing mixing it up with great power combos. Basically Margarito's chin won that fight.

    Great fight for boxing fans.

Cotto lost becasue Margarito could hurt Cotto, but Cotto couldn't hurt Margartio.

Tell me another fighter aside Margarito of course who could have hold Cotto's assault for 11 rounds? I mean those where hard crisp punches in combinations and hard uppercuts Margaritos was getting hit with.

    IMPRESSIVE!!!

It was unreal. Cotto would of knocked out any other fighter tonight. Those were some serious shots Cotto was landing.

    Money post right there.

I scored the fight online with around 40 other fans and everybody was in awe of Cottos flashy combos upstairs...I thought Margarito was being just as affective to the body.

    Cotto looked tired after 6.
Thanks. Every trainer in the World should save this fight tape and play it for their guys. Cotto was a completely different fighter after the pounding he took to the body. Too bad the announcers ignored this brilliant and viscous sustained attack.

EXACTLY!!! I am gonna start a thread about this subject entirely. Even in victory they didnt give him his props, Cotto was their new meal ticket and thye tried to downplay Tony completely but theres no ignoring himn now!!!!

Agree with this point also. Margarito walked right through Cottos best punches, but those punches didn't have nearly the steam on them as the fight wore on. Great chin and great work to the body.

margarito was the physically stronger fighter and it showed in the first round.
