What is wrong with you people? Vegemite on toast is nearly the best tasting breakfast/snack in this world.

So which is the best?

In my Humble Opinion....

The Best Breakfast/Snack in the world are....

Cheese Soldiers.




(I am fully aware I've just admitted to eating Cheese Soldfiers as an Adult.)

Scrambled eggs on toast for me is my favourite, loaded with some tobasco and tomatoe sauce, there is no better.

I eat that religiously the morning of a fight.

But come to think of it, my last fight (the poor draw,) I didn't.

Well I guess we solved your problem , but seriously it is a delicious breakfast and not overly unhealthy so can't ask for much more now can we.

It is delicious, sometimes I toss it on a bagel, as I'm not overly fond of soggy bread and the bagel has better absorption qualities.

I'm going to experiment with some cinnamon on top soon.

Oh my eggs are never soggy, the way I make them is plain eggs, beaten and cooked till there starting to brown. But cinnamon that is a good idea, might have to try that one.

I never fully brown them, partially because I am impatient and partially because I just want the protein as pure as I possibly can and UI use very little ingredients or cooking oils etc.
