Yea, I forget about this thread. Seriously, you have to try the mango salad. It's somehow just the right mix of different tastes, plus is refreshing to eat. Easy as heck to make. Goes with anything. Plus is perfect for throwing into a tupperware container to eat on the fly. That'll last you 2 or 3 days easy unless you are feeding a bunch.

    Pre Fight;

Scrambled eggs, lightly done, topped with Cinnamon on a Seed Bagel.
    Lots of energy in this.

A few things that i eat on a regular basis and are good for people that train hard.

    1.)
Greek omelette: Green peppers, onions, tomatoes, fetta cheese.

The key to a good omelette is to cook the veggies first so they arent hard and then make the eggs and add the veggies to them.

I usually eat mine with turkey bacon or canadian bacon and whole wheat toast.

    2.)
Cottage cheese- its full of slow release casein protein and glutamine. Best eaten a couple hours before a workout or before bed. I like it with tomatoes or peaches.

    3.)
Protein shake: Not just for gaining weight, they are good for anyone that trains hard. Bruce Lee used to have 2 shakes per day.

Use any or all of the following: protein powder, milk, frozen or fresh berries, raw eggs, psylium fiber husks, yogurt, peanut butter, juice, flax oil, ice.

    4.)
Trail mix- almonds, peanuts, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, raisins, dates. Full of good fats and protein.

Here is a shake I have been making for breakfast lately.

    200g of soft tofu.

    Soy milk

    150g of bluberry yogurt

    frozen bluberries and strawberries

    1-2 tablespoons of honey.

    About 20g of oats

Hoy it in your food processor and should make 2 big glasses and thats enough to fill me up in the morning.
