    Muscles are stiffer or tensed,
    less blood circulation,
synovial fluid in joints is less lubricant.

I've also noticed if you jump from a high distance, when you hit the ground, your feet and calves hurt worse in the cold.

It takes longer to warm up most people cant be arsed. Your Metobalisom is Higher, you use more fuel energy and liqiud in the cold. The optimum temperature for the body to work is 54 degrees F. Hope this Helps . I look at people trying to loose weight in gyms it makes me cringe with more plastic on trying to train and lose weight, never in a million years dehydrated the body doest work as it should, I think common sense and watch sense isnt common.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

It seems like on those 60. F days it's much easier to train. That's why the fall and early spring are my favorite seasons.
