I've got a friend who says he can build an EMP gun fairly cheap - I've always dreamed of mounting one in the back of my truck so if anyone rides up on my ass like a NASCAR race, I can fry their car's electrical system, leaving them stranded on the side of the road with costly repairs....

any science geeks on here know if that might be feasible?
