Yup, bang on that one, Clottey deserved to win it, and absolutely deserved to go out as the IBF champion. He was landing bigger shots and working a fair bit more, so justice served I think.

As for Judah...surely that is all she wrote for an interesting, never dull career?

All Zab needs to do is move back down. You'd have to fancy his chances against Hatton, Malignaggi and Holt. At 140 his own punches will sting and he won't get broken down by 160 lb fighters.

He'd beat anyone at 140 imo.

Zab Judah fought a very good fight i thought Clottey would have pressued him more early but the fight went as i expected.........

With Zab Judah outboxing Joshua Clottey in the early rounds then Joshua Clottey starting to break down Zab Judah after about the 4th round........

The right man won the fight no matter how close you had it theres no doubt Joshua Clottey won the fight and he won 5-4 on my card.

That was a bad cut - but Clottey was getting to him. I can't fault that...even if I did pick Judah by UD.

Judah looked good for the first 3 and thereafter was looking decent only in spurts. Zab just cannot seem to put it together consistently for 12 rounds at the top anymore. He can beat anyone in a four rounder but at the top level you need a bit more. Judah was losing rounds towards the end and Clottey was systematically breaking Zab down. I dont think Zab could have won even had it continued.

Judah was 143 for this. There really is no reason why he cannot fight at 140. Otherwise I dont see all that many options for Zab at 147. Definitely needs a rethink.
