In the best welterweight fight we've seen in a while.I noticed something afterwards the beloved SI did not have 1 damn article about this fight.Instead Margarito made the who's hot list.I read through this whole magazine only to find about 6 page's of the beautiful catch of David Tyree which happenend in Feb.I for one am just getting sick of this same recycled garbage thrown at us .On another note this morning I wake up and put on sportscenter. In the top ten plays Bonsante got knocked out in the first round(Personally I think he is a f**king retard) at number 9 . What the F**K is this horses**t. One of the lamest knockdown's I have ever seen in a fight,the punch never landed cleanly, this joker looks like he's past out and jumps up and say's "I'm up". No you dumbass you looked like you were in a coma you played too much for the camera's and you got what you deserved. Yet this is yesterday's ninth best play. F**K you SI. What a F**KING JOKE !!!

It's a shame, really. SI is one of the most widely-read and recognizable sports magazines in existence. If only they would pay a little more attention to boxing, the sport could bring in a lot more fans.

I agree. They rarely have any good boxing articles at all.

Boxing needs to show good fights on TV again like they did in the past with SRL on ABC. Thats the only way to get people into it imo. No casual fans are willing to pay $50 to watch a fight anymore because they arent very familiar with todays fighters. Look at how popular the UFC got when they started puting free cards on TV. Theres no reason boxing couldnt do the same.
