Thats taken from an espn article.. and on thinking about it.. its true.

it never happens where guys at the top level and are highly p4p ranked meet.. but to have three in a row.. and having beaten tarver as a big underdog previous to that is some great match making from bernard..

Cant disagree too much with that folks

    Yes you can

because you say its bernards 3rd fight with someone in the top 10

right well if he wasnt in it wouldnt be, and he shouldnt be in there these days.

So you can disagree with it.

And when pavlik beats him, then Bernard should be nowhere near it, there are better guys that should be in there than him

and he is not top level anymore, he is just someone who runs off allnight, headbutts, and goes down wasting time like a cheat.
Lol.. Shock horror.. your disagreeing with me..

    With yet more invalid points..

It doesnt matter if you think he was in it or should have been in it..

Because undoubtably at the time he took the following fights these were top p4p and dangerous guys.. and it was great match making.

Tarver - Just beat jones and johnson, bhop come off two close losses to jermain - Huge underdog.. Bhop puts on a masterclass.

Winky Wright - Undoubtedly P4P number 3 at the time.

Joe Calzaghe - Undefeated P4P rated.. Probably between 5 and 9 at the time..

strait on to pavlik.. who at present has to be top five easily.

and you talk about bernard bieng nowhere near it once pavlik beats him..

but what happened against joe.. Controversial decision loss, hardly bumped him any places in the top ten.. because bhop is still hanging with and in my opinion beating the rest of the people ranked p4p..

which like was said p4p ranked fighters rarely fight one another.. let alone 3 in a row.. maybe four. but bernard has been making them happen.. doing catch weights.. makes perfect business sense and it will pay off when it comes to his legacy
