When you're hitting the heavybag do you wear headguard?

headgear, no, not unless you want to look like a retard. some guys wear a mouthguard though to reduce their air intake and up their wind. I never found it helpful though. But I suppose if done right, like with a double, it'll help. (But I hate doubles anyway, monkey likes em. to each his own.)
