I didn't think pneumonia was a common killer amongst modern day people from the west. That's all.

Aids is the first serious illness I thought of. No shame in that.

Actually I almost died of pneumonia and I don't have aids.

Mac had a history of lung disease so he was always going to be vulnurable to such things.

It's how I'll most likely go in 20 years or so, unless I havn't already hung myself or died of self asphyxiation during one of my rock n roll wanks.
